ur water undergoes a meticulous 11-stage filtration process to ensure purity and safety for consumption. The process begins with sediment filtration, which removes larger particles such as dirt, rust, and sand from the water. This step is crucial for protecting the finer filters downstream. Following sediment filtration, the water is passed through activated carbon filters, which are highly effective at removing chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other contaminants that can affect taste and odor.

The heart of our purification system is reverse osmosis (RO). This technology uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove a wide range of impurities, including dissolved salts, bacteria, viruses, and chemical contaminants. RO filtration is capable of demineralizing water, making it incredibly pure.

After RO, the water undergoes additional stages of fine-tuning, which include further carbon filtration to catch any remnants that the previous stages might have missed. This ensures that even the most stubborn contaminants are removed.
